Shipping & Returns After receiving your order and payment we will ship most in-stock items within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays, and on very rare occasions when we cannot, we will let you know. AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS Shipping is FREE within Australia. Standard 10% GST charges are added during checkout. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS International Shipping/Postal fees are determined by total order weight. We provide competitive International shipping rates by express air. We do not add any extra handling fees. Delivery time is 5 - 10 days. GST charges do not apply to international orders outside Australia. International cutomers might have to pay an import duty.
